I'm not much for football especially if it doesn't involve the Bills, so I made this for my daughter's bedroom door yesterday. I really liked the way this project turned out. I had bought this with no particular use in mind but my daughter had other ideas, she loves to look through all my cartridges and find things for me to do.
This is the sign I bought at Hobby Lobby. I love finding things there that I can play with.
Emily found the Effiel tower on the Wall Decor and More Cartridge and I made some adjustments with my Design Studio, I also used SCALs for her name. I don't remember which font I used though.
I hung this on her door this morning, she'll be surprised when she gets home from school today to see the finished product. I know she'll love it, it goes great with the rest of her room.

Christmas Tiles
Ok, I will admit, I think I'm addicted to vinyl, I think I would almost rather cut with vinyl than paper... almost. I made almost everyone something this year for Christmas with my Cricut and the vinyl projects seem to work up quicker than anything else I could think of. Here are some of the tiles I made:
I made this tile for my mom. She loved it and started crying, which of course set me off ... oh boy should have seen us.
I made this one on a smaller 6x6 tile for my babysitter, it just seemed appropriate.
I made this one for my hubby's grandparents. What do you get people who have been married 50 years and have everything? This was very time consuming but so worth it. I loved the way it came out.

Glitter Ornaments
My kids wanted to make something special for their teachers this year but of course they told me this the week before break (ugh), so had to think of something fast. I had seen that everyone was making these glitter ornament on the Cricut Message boards so I thought we'd give it a try. They were so easy and worked up to fast!
Ok, mostly easy. I cut the words out of vinyl and they were small so we had to re-cut a few but no pain, no gain right?

Families Are Forever
I made this clock for my mother in law for Christmas, I loved the way it turned out. I made it on a 13x13 floor tile and used my SCALs software to cut the image out of vinyl. I think clocks are my new favorite projects to do, the hardest part is drilling through the tile... I leave that for my hubby.
